
Our rapid re-housing program helps people experiencing homelessness move quickly from emergency shelters, bridge housing, or the streets into housing. Rapid re-housing funds are flexible, offering short-term and medium-term rental subsidies, security deposits, utility assistance, or other start-up costs to individuals who need support securing housing.

Clients with the highest acuity are given first priority for rapid re-housing funds.

Income is not required for the program.

Case Management is provided for at least 12 months after placement.

The duration of the financial assistance is determined on a case-by-case basis and reviewed monthly.

Fair Market Rent (FMR) is utilized as a guideline for rent/utility limits.

Case Managers work with landlords to find affordable housing for clients.
To be elgible for the Rapid Rehousing Program clients:

Must be willing to sign and follow the participation agreement. This agreement requires clients to meet with a case manager and develop objectives that focus on maintaining permanent housing. Case management is provided for at least 12 months.
