Bartlett House operates a homeless shelter with a volunteer Board of Directors. A full-time Executive Director oversees functions and development, with the assistance of the Office Manager. The Program Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Evening Supervisor, Night Shelter Case Manager, and numerous shelter workers provide direct services. Bartlett House also utilizes the services of the Volunteer Coordinator who is responsible for the recruitment and training of volunteers. In addition, we are fortunate that we are able to utilize the services of West Virginia University interns and Work Study Students.
